You will follow the walk as it meanders through woodland around Heritage Wood. Music, stunning lighting elements and light play will guide you along the way. The walk is approximately 1.6km long (about 1 mile) and will take you around 40 minutes depending on your walking speed.

Upon arrival you will be guided at the entrance to the parking area. Parking for the event is free, please ensure you add a parking ticket to your booking or multiple as required for a group booking.

The marquee will be open for food and drink before and after your walk making it a great place for your group to meet prior to your walk.

You are welcome to bring your own mobility scooter. We have 2 available for hire . Please contact our office in working hours prior to making your booking to see if we have a scooter available for your preferred timeslot. Mobility scooters must be booked in advance.

We have tried to make the route as wheelchair and pushchair friendly as possible, please be aware, by the very nature of the woodland some parts of the ground will be uneven and some parts stoney, these parts may need some effort to propel wheels or to push a pushchair.

There will be toilets in the car park, at least one toilet during the walk and three toilets including one wheelchair access toilet next to the marquee.
