At Heritage Wood, we’re committed to caring for the trees, the land, and the peaceful environment that makes this woodland so special. To ensure we can continue providing this level of care long into the future a 5 year maintenance fee of £6/month is payable..
Why a maintenance fee
Heritage Wood is more than just a place to plant a tree — it is a living, evolving landscape that needs care all year round.
We are committed to maintaining the woodland for the long term, and we have a dedicated team who carry out mowing, strimming, pruning lower branches, maintaining pathways, fencing, and hedging, as well as managing bins, compostable waste, and roadway repairs. We also look after the toilet facilities and carry out regular safety checks to keep the woodland welcoming and accessible.
Your maintenance fee directly supports this vital work. In return, you have unlimited access to the whole of Heritage Wood — not just your tree — at any time, for life. It is, in effect, a lifetime membership to a beautiful, peaceful place you can return to again and again.
How it works
Amount: £6 per month
Duration: 5 years (a total contribution of £360)
Applies to: All new tree sponsorships
The fee can be paid monthly by Direct Debit or as a one-off payment if preferred.
